DANA K. RACE was born and raised in Southern California.  The course of her life has resulted in the fruition of the business that is now “ask Dana.”  With more than 19 years of management and hospitality experience, Dana is the person to “ask.”  Her services include Relocation and Real Estate Consulting (rental and purchase) Feng Shui Consultant (home and office) and Small Business Consulting and Personal Concierge/Assistant Services.

 

Dana is well versed in the Hospitality industry and has provided restaurant, bar and cafe consulting since 1993. She has a passion for exceptional customer service and is attentive to client needs. These skills are put to good use in the Real Estate industry. Communication and the ability to follow through are Dana's most respected traits.

 

Coupling her love of homes and belief that finding the right space for the right person is priceless led her to the role of Relocation Specialist and REALTOR. Suiting a client with their perfect home sets the stage for the next chapter of their journey. Dana believes that a rental is just as important as a purchase when it comes to the place that you live.

 

As a certified Feng-Shui consultant, NIA white belt and Reiki II practitioner, Dana brings an element of energetic understanding and capability that assist in addressing the whole person.  The belief is centered on personal integration and growth, which will lead to a successful balance of work and life. She was recently appointed the Director of the International Feng Shui Guild, San Diego Chapter.

 

Dana has a flair for color and an eye for style.  She is always one step ahead of the trends in business, entertainment and fashion.  Dana currently resides in University Heights with her two kitties, Loden and Piper.
