Your tour will guarantee a minumum of 5 appointments at prospective rentals that meet your desired specifications. The appointments will be arranged prior to your tour date and you will be driven to the properties.
While there is not a guarantee that you will choose one of the rentals that we view, rest assured that the majority of clients do start the application process on a property that we visit that day. This tour is also available as a Photo Tour.
Cancellation or rescheduling of tour available 10 days prior to scheduled tour- $90 service charge will be retained by "ask Dana."
Refunds are NOT available if tour is cancelled within 9 days of confirmed appointment. Cancellation that is not more than 10 days in advance of tour date is not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Full fee will be charged for alternate tour date.
